On the first and second floors we have two Deluxe apartments with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms each, as well as a lovely living/dining area with access to two balconies overlooking San Francisco street. These apartments are perfect for a family or a group of friends as they can sleep up to 5 people.

The apartments have been fully reformed in 2017, with top finishes and designed to a very level. The property is in an excelent location. Only a few steps away from all the bars, restaurants and shops of the center of Alicante city. The beach of el postiguet is only a 5 minute walk from the property. The airport is 14 km away.

About the building

MyFlats Luxury City Center is a fabulous historic building built in the early 1900´s. The building was once the home of ¨El Chepa¨, the founder of Alicante´s largest football club Hercules. A full restoration of the building was finished in 2015, transforming it into three design apartments, one per floor.

The building is located in one of the most well known streets in Alicante, ¨The Mushroom Street¨, which is pedestrian and is a great place to relax and enjoy the lovely restaurants which line the street. It connets the main commercial arteries of Alicante, Calle Maisonnave and Calle Rambla Mendez Nuñez.
