MyFlats offers all our clients an on hands check in experience with our staff in all our buildings. Our clients can decide whether they would like to have the option to do self check in and benefit from early check-in or late check-out when available.

Apartments for people with reduced mobility

MyFlats Group has equipped at least one apartment in each of our buildings for people with reduced mobility. Our staff is always attentive and available for any added help that might be required.

Optional self Check- In

All our buildings are equipped with the latest technology to allow our guests a seamless experience when performing a self check-in. Our check in software allows our guests to do the pre check-in and passport verification before they leave the homes and travel to Spain, and once they arrive they only have to get their entry codes from our staff and can easily check in at their convenience. This is especially useful for guests arriving very late at night.

Pool available in select buildings

Our buildings Luxury Downtown and Rambla Collection offer guests the possibility to enjoy the comfort of having a swimming pool in the roofterrace of these buildings. To be in the center of Alicante and enjoy a swimming pool is a true luxury!.

Gym available in select buildings

Our building Luxury Downtown offers our guests the possibility to work our in the gym located in the building. It is equipped with a treadmill, electric bike, and the necessary gym equipment to burn off the lovely Spanish cuisine!

Parking available

MyFlats offers parking to guests in our building, MyFlats Rambla Collection. The cost of parking is 15 eur/day or 70 euro/week. Electric vehicle charging stations are also available in our private parking.

Family Friendly

At MyFlats all our apartments are child-friendly, meaning that they are all thought out to be suitable for children with no sharp edges or slippery surfaces.
