Originally built in the 1930´s this building is full of history. Situated next to San Nicolas Cathedral, the building was home to travellers and worshippers in the beginning of the century. Many businesses have come and gone in its lower floors, including family businesses, butchers, restaurants and bars. In 2005, the buidling suffered a major fire and was left vacated until 2022 when investors bought it and decided to reconstruct it fully into luxury vacation rentals.
All the units in this building have been designed with the outmost respect for the original arquitecture of the building, including bringing out all the original stone walls that where once covered but newer materials.
